The Process

How It Works

Call Us First

Give us a call at 610-789-0125 to describe what's going on with your bike. We'll let you know if the repair can be handled through our mobile service or if it needs to come into the shop.

Schedule a Thursday

We'll set up a pickup time on a Thursday that works for you. Mobile service is only available Thursdays and within our service range.

We Pick Up Your Bike

We come to your location and pick up your bike. A $50 pickup fee applies. We'll bring it back to the shop for professional repair work.

We Return It Good as New

Once your bike is repaired, we deliver it back to you. A $50 dropoff fee applies. You'll also pay for the repair work — minimum $50 plus parts and labor.

Mobile Service Limitations

Our mobile service covers most common repairs, but some jobs require the full resources of our shop. Here's what to keep in mind before you call.

Mobile repairs are limited in scope — more intensive work must be brought into the shop
Service is available Thursdays only — no exceptions
Pickup and dropoff are only available within a certain distance from Havertown — call to confirm your area
There is no online booking system — all scheduling is done by phone
Pickup and dropoff fees are $50 each way, separate from repair costs
Minimum repair charge of $50 plus parts and labor applies to all mobile jobs
